Well now that I'm all sober and thinking straight I'm going to send in the ticket saying I plead not guilty and see what happens because I'll either have to pay the ticket or I won't.

probably has something to do with too many people getting off on technicalities because the officer forgot to read them their rights at the time of their arrest.

because this is all backwards and, from my understanding, completely negates the purpose of the principles established in the miranda case
