It seems so surreal to me that you can't legally drink until you're.... 21, I'm guessing? I highly doubt you'll get a criminal record for that, or go to jail. It's pretty minor, as far as crimes go. Right next to jaywalking.

lol thats only a class c misdemeanor. if they say theyre going to issue a warrant for your arrest they are full of shit. the normal procedure for that is them to issue a citation and set a date for your to appear in court. when you go to court you'll more than likely get community service or a fine of like 500 dollars. i wouldnt shit my pants just yet. and if you cant pay your fine 3 days in city jail is not that big of a deal. its more boring than anything else.

and as for your miranda rights, they now read those when you arraigned, not at the time of arrest. so really theres nothing you can do about that.
