I fored my first real estate agent for being a pain, and showing me houses I couldn't afford and didn't want, luckily my second real estate agent, Consuelo, was actually someone I've know for a few years, she was my parents real estate agent before and we've always stayed friends w/ her. She is awesome, she refered me to a guy to get my loan and he was okay too, but the process was still so fucking annoying. Being called ten times a day for little bits of information that you've given them before makes you wanna scream. After a couple weeks I kinda wanted to drop the whole thing.
Now I just have nightmares about trying to actually sell my house. |
I have been fucking with all of this shit since my son was 2.5 months old. Luckily he has only been sick once, but the first year is hectic anyways. Added on top of all of this shit dealing with these slimy greasey fucks. The only one I like is my realtor. Needless to say, I have lost all tokens of being polite to people.
