okay so i told them rent this month was $145 a person and i get this snotty note on my door "Why is it $20 more and YOU'LL GET IT ON THE FIRST"
okay well first of all it is $30 LESS than last month so I have no fucking clue where that came from
and SECOND our rent is in ARREARS, they are paying for AUGUST. They want to pay for August on SEPTEMBER 1st?????????? I DON'T THINK SO
that has NEVER been okay since we moved in.

then they have some trailer park shit looking woman over who, as she is leaving my house says, "oh, i see what you mean, this is a shithole" to my roommate BITCH

are they moving out as of sept 1? or do you foresee that being a problem too...lingering, taking forever to move out, etc. i'd hope they'd just leave as scheduled and if they still owe you money after that, send them an invoice so that you have something in writing (besides your lease agreement) that specifies amounts past due and a payment deadline and if they don't pay by then, take them to small claims court. and are you serious they only pay $145 a month and yet still complain about that? unbelievable.
