hi, im trying to find out if I can sue my dad because he never paid any child support ever, my mom never asked him and he was never in my life. Im an adult im 24, and i want to sue the pants off the mother fucker. any 1 know?

uhhh, my unschooled understanding of the matter is that he would owe it to your mother for supporting you without his assistance, but not to you.

I highly doubt it, I know in Australia sometimes they're only technically required to pay like $10 a month or something rediculous.

Although when my dad left I managed to milk a few grand out of the deadbeat fat cunt
