the second interview.

well, i had an interview today.
i think it went very well and i am quite confident about it.
they want me to come in again either this week or early next for a second interview.
this is a good thing, right?
i've never interviewed for a job where a second interview was required.
what are your experiences with second interviews?
how was the mood?
relaxed?
intense?
what questions were you asked?
was it with the same interviewer or someone else?
did you end up getting the job?

I've had two situations where I was called back for a 2nd interview. One time I got the job, the other I didn't. I think it's usually a really good sign. I think I didn't get the other job that time was because I made a stupid comment.

You should be good to get it from there. They have probably either already decided and just want to go through a few minor details and ask a few more questions to clarify previous discussions, or they had trouble deciding between the last 2 or 3 people.
