Ah, well, I can't sing for my life... and I discovered I had no talent for music. As for writing (there is nothing wrong with that,mannequin...
I *hate* journalism (as I discovered this year after taking Journalism)... so that threw the chance of a journalism career out.
And law, because I *love* the law. I love debating... and I love research and everything about it.
I plan on going into family law... not like corp or anything.
I do want to write on the side though... about sociology or something.
And also, yeah... I definitely can't get into Princeton with grades and SAT scores alone. They take two from my school every year, and about 5 people apply... and all have near perfect scores on the SAT and perfect 4.0 GPAs.
But, I won't be too upset if I didn't get into Princeton. It's way too close to home. I would cry buckets for U of Chicago though...
And AP classes a waste? I agree. But, honestly-- it has the credit points of an Honors class... with little work. I do agree taking the AP class is stupid because it's either you know it or you don't for the test.
However, I totally disagree that taking the AP exams are worthless. It's only worthless if you don't 4 or 5 them. And, I plan on getting a 5 on ALL the exams I am taking, which include: World History, US History, European History, Biology, U.S. Government & Politics, Comp Government & Politics, English Literature, English Language, Psychology, Statistics, and Calculus BC.
If I can cut down on courses... I'll do it. It will save me money in the end.
pablita, amen on sleeping!

I actually tried that out last night... and i feel great.
