i was approached the other day by a modeling agency . nd tomorrow i haf an interview scheduled to be a scout at a mall for the company . i am suppopsed to dress casually (no sneakers / jeans) .
has anyone ever been a scout or had an interiew for an agency ? what should i expect ? what are they looking for ? any words of advice ???

Personally, don't want to sound negative but I'd be sceptical. Alot of these things arent as great as they seem. I don't know you, you might be a stunner and this might be the real thing BUT my advice to you is to be careful, alot of 'modelling agencies' are just after your cash.

i am a bit skeptical as well .. but i wont be medelling i will be one of those people who walk up to you and bother you ;p nd for 14 dollars an hour .... hell yea i will do it . nd they ask for any money i kno better than ta buy into it , but thatsnk u for the feedback

I had a friend who got scouted by Storm. She basically went, they had a look at her and then asked her to go to a test shoot- which she did. Thats about it really. They decided in the end that they didn't want her...

oh, to be a scout? sorry i misread you. I think thats weirder, they mst already have scouts and it seems odd they should approach someone to do it...wouldnt they advertise or something? What company?
I've heard of approaching people to be models but never modelling scouts.
