i would say to go for choice B as well. also, it sounds to me that you like it slightly more than A.
good luck with your college stuff. i've read some of your posts on the college you attend now (is it uc-irvine??) and it sounds like it was a nightmarish first year.

Given the choice between a full ride to any of the UC schools (UCLA, UCI, UCR, etc) or a private engineering school (ranked in the top 3 in undergrad engineering every year for the past decade or so) at $37K/year, I took the private engineering school and haven't regretted it.

Yes, I'll be paying student loans for the next 17 years, but I think I'm better off in the long run. I've made more friends in higher places than I would have at a public school, and the quality of education is night and day (I used to go to (Multivariable Calculus) class with my friends at UC Riverside and correct the professor - as a freshman.

If the quality of education is MUCH better, take it. Otherwise, don't kill yourself for a marginally better education.

i would recommend the liberal arts school over a state school.
i started out at a private liberal arts college and am now at a state school. if i could have afforded to stay, i would have. but raising tuition without raising scholarships or financial aid options was there way of weeding out the "unworthy" i suppose.
liberal arts seems like a much better education and curriculum than state schools
i learned today that a class i would have taken as a junior at the first school is considered a graduate level course at the state school.
thats a big deal thing to me. the standards are set alot higher, yes. but i think you would get more out of it. i know i would have. but money factored in pretty heavily (and both are considered instate for me). i didnt have any help paying for any of my school either. so i understand.

i hope you figure out what you want. and it makes you happy. thats a big factor in college. if you are not happy, you will not succeed.

ehh i would say Auburn, as that's a nationally recognized university. i dont know what a degree from the other is worth, as far as employers go.

but if you plan on working in a non-competative field, or don't go plan to go to grad school, i guess it doesn't really matter
