Found an abandoned kitten... What to do?

At my mom's compay (a transportation company) they found a kitten (probably around 3 months old). Wearing a dirty flea collar, definitely abandoned. My mom brought it home because otherwise it would be run over by the trucks where the company is.
I love animals, espeically cats, and when my mom got the cat out of the box I cried so hard. I don't understand how anyoe can leave such a cutie behind.
Any way, we'd take it in but the thing is we already have 2 cats and I totally understand that for my parents it's enough. It costs a lot and we need to give them attention and care....etc. My mom's first idea was to let the kitten stay here outside (don't get started on the keeping the cats inside thing again. In Belgium most cats are outdoor cats. Ir at least semi-outdoors when you live in a quiet neighbourhood like me and there's not dangerous animals around. cats love being outside).
and we'd feed it and give it a box to sleep in but it breaks my heart seeing her and ugh... I want her to have a home. It's so sad.

Should I take her to a shelter? there's this shelter called "Cat Boat" here and they take in abandoned cats and they look for families for them and they never put a cat to sleep unless it has an uncurable disease.
Sounds good right? Better than having her run around by herself here and me crying over it?

I'm gonna donate to the shelter as well.

i would take her to the shelter. both because of you, your parents and the kitty kit kit kat will end up at a house where she really is wanted.

my boyfriend got a cat from a shelter, and he is just adorable (though slightly annoying), mr monty burns

Aww I hate it when people do that to poor animals. But you take it to the shelter and as soon as someone sees her she will be adopted and in a loving home, so you wont have anything to worry about.

yea, I was looking at the website of the shelter and crying so hard. god, animas always get to me. they're so helpless and just want some food and loving and there usually way better than humans cos they're so honest and fun. hehe. when I get old I'm gonna be a crazy cat lady.

One of my other cats is also from a shelter. i got her back when I was living in LA. she was also abandoned and I got her when she was three months, just like this new kitten I found.

it's just, I am pretty allergic to cats, but I still have two. I don't care that I'm sneezing almost all the time..I'll take some claritin for that. as long as my cats are happy. I een let mine sleep on my bed even though I then wake up sneezing and with a runny nose. that's how much I love them.....

Thumbs up

If you can't keep it, I'd take it to the Cat Boat. They'll fix her up and find her a good home.
