My attitude is, if you're coke addled and fucked up, go balls to the wall and just be a total trainwreck. Why not. If I had a problem like that, I'd distance-piss in ashtrays just to make people feel uncomfortable.

Probably not, unless the reality show involves him getting his blood changed out weekly. I'm sure even he could make that seem funny, though.
