JULY 28--Lindsay Lohan's hard-partying antics and recent bout of "heat exhaustion" has left one Hollywood big shot steamed, The Smoking Gun has learned. In a blistering July 26 letter to the 20-year-old actress, James G. Robinson, who heads the L.A. firm producing Lohan's current movie, calls her recent erratic behavior "discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional." Robinson, the 70-year-old chief executive of Morgan Creek Productions, writes that Lohan has "acted like a spoiled child and in doing so have alienated many of your co-workers and endangered the quality" of "Georgia Rule," a movie now being filmed and which stars Lohan, Jane Fonda, and Felicity Huffman. A copy of Robinson's letter--which was delivered to Lohan at the Chateau Marmont hotel--can be found below. A Morgan Creek official confirmed to TSG that the missive was sent to Lohan and her various representatives earlier this week. Robinson notes that while Lohan's aides have chalked up her lateness and absences to illness, he is "well aware that your ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for your so called 'exhaustion.'" Noting that Morgan Creek refuses to "accept bogus excuses for your behavior," Robinson warns Lohan that she will be held "personally accountable" for losses caused by her actions. Claiming that Lohan's behavior has already "resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage," Robinson hints at possible legal action against the actress unless she begins honoring her production commitments. He concludes, "I urge you to take this letter seriously and conduct yourself professionally."


I knew that was bullshit. This girl is all out in the open drinking and obviously snorting cocaine. It's such a well known thing. It seems to me her mother always just let her do what she wanted? She's 20 now but she's still not legal enough to drink and I think they should crack down on these young stars because they get to go to these 21 and over clubs and get full access to the clubs and no one ever does anything about it just because they are celebrities!

The girl should just stop making crappy B-list movies and just party for a living like Paris Hilton. Her real life is a thousand times more interesting to people than those disney flicks or whatever the fuck she does. One minute she says she wants to be taken seriously as an actress than she pulls shit like this, not turning up to set. And then she says her role model is Kate Moss. I've seen her mom and she seems like one of those moms that wouldn't give a fuck if you were 14 and came in house 2 a.m. on a school night. My mom would slap me across the head. Anyway I never bought all those hospital trips either. Why is it girls like her and Paris Hilton seem to represent our youth culture these days? Why is the press so obsesed with them when they don't do anything worth a shit except walk around with their little dogs, complain about paparazzi yet hang out at the Ivy and do loads of blow and get drunk off the ass at the clubs even when they are underage and any normal people like me would get in trouble. The girl is a spoiled brat and she needs to be put in her place. If mom won't do it obviously than someone needs to. Props to this executive for calling her out because you know damn well there are countless of other people like that having to put up with Lindsay's bullshit and lies just because she wants to get hammered all the time and pretend to run from the paparazzi.

Actually in 98 Kate Moss claimed she was only going to rehab for exhaustion, so there you go. Taking your cues again I see, Lindsay. She tries hard to be a fashion icon too when she is really just a follower. Anyway she is partying all hours of the night and is literally on set an hour later and then claims she is suffering from exhaustion and dehydration goes to the hospital quickly and then goes back to her boyfriends mansion and parties and then goes out and parties some more. Does she really think she can get away with this shit just because of who she is? Kudos to the executive for calling her out because she's being a little brat and it's annoying. God forbid she can't go one night without partying even if it means your career. Fuck Courtney Love she doesn't even have a movie career. Does she want to be like Tara Reid? A bitch who looks beat and who is an unemployed joke that no hollywood executive wants to hire and ending up with a saggy belly and saggy tits looking 15 years older than you are supposed to look? Or maybe she'll be like the female Corey Feldman. Lindsay needs to realize that when you have movie offers pouring in you strike while the iron's hot and you don't fuck it up. Dumb bitch.

The way she behaves (going out partying etc) sounds fairly typical to me of a young woman with absolutely no constraints. Think about yourself at twenty, adn what you would have done if you had money to burn and all the freedom in the world. Most of us don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars riding on our ability to show up for work and get shit done, though.

exactly. the enormous financial and time investments it takes to make a film, not to mention MANY MANY people's job, are all riding on her ability to do her job well and responsibly. and these people are willingly paying her MILLIONS to attach her celebrity and image to this project, which is probably someone's artistic heart and soul, some writer, or a producer, maybe the director. she is responsible for WAYYYY more than just her own behavior. i would've done the same thing if i was this exec, if not more...

im going into this industry and i can see just HOW much big actors' asses are kissed, just HOW much they are pandered to- on the set, throughout the whole process, they're the holy cows and that's that. me as the 2nd AC or whoever is a dispensible and insignificant piece of shit who can be crushed in a second compares to these actors. jesus FUCKING christ, they cant just do ONE thing in return and hold it together? artists willingly put SO much trust and money and take such chances with people and they only want a good performance and decent behavior in return. apparently that's too much to ask for some 'hollywood' divas

but you realize she's only 20, right? and that she had a stage-mom for a mom? perhaps you should prepare yourself for that if you're "going into this business". i'm 23 and i couldn't imagine taking on the responsiblilities that she's already taken on. it sounds like this multi-million dollar project is riding on her. that's the way you guys are making it sound, anyway. that's a lot of pressure for a 20 year old.
