i don't think you understand the concept of xenophobia, defined as an unreasonable fear or hatred of foreigners or strangers.

1) it's not unreasonable. 2) he doesn't want him gone because he's foreign. 3) he likely only wants him extradited to the country where he faces criminal charges. 4) i don't know why i'm even bothering.
