Now that Madonna and A-Rod are as free as birds - lovebirds, that is - they're also flying like them.
As these exclusive photos show, the Material Mom and Yankee superstar Alex Rodriguez early yesterday flew together on a private jet to Miami, where Madonna is scheduled to perform tonight.
The jet had taken off from a private airfield in Georgia, where the 50-year-old singer did a show for her "Sticky and Sweet" tour Monday night in Atlanta.
When the aircraft landed in Miami at 1:33 a.m., Madonna - who last week divorced filmmaker Guy Ritchie - disembarked first, wearing a green track suit. She then hopped into A-Rod's Mercedes Maybach.
Moments later, 33-year-old Rodriguez poked his head out of the jet, looked around to check whether any photographers were lurking, and then joined Madonna in the black luxury car.
He and Madonna sped off in a convoy of other autos to an unknown destination.
The pricey Maybach has been used by A-Rod's soon-to-be ex-wife, Cynthia, who lives in Miami with their two young daughters.
Cynthia sued Rodriguez earlier this year for divorce, accusing him of infidelity.
Although C-Rod didn't mention Madonna by name, the lawsuit came amid a media firestorm over reports that A-Rod was paying late-night visits to the singer's Manhattan pad, and under her influence had become a follower of the mystical practice of kabbalah.
Madonna had denied having an affair with the All-Star Yankee third baseman, who in September reached a confidential, out-of-court settlement with Cynthia.
But this week, "Access Hollywood" reported that Cynthia sent an e-mail to a confidante, blasting her "6-foot-3, 220-pound soul-less soon-to-be ex-husband" for "abandoning his kids on Thanksgiving to be with Madonna."
Still, A-Rod was pictured lovingly clutching baby daughter Ella while walking with his ex and daughter Natasha hours after his arrival in Miami.
The eight-year marriage of Madonna and Ritchie was formally dissolved in London last Friday.
What a tramp. Both of them.
