PETA's done more for animals than some of you know. i was a volunteer for years. for example, they have had animal rescue equiptment designed, manufactured & has been used. it worked well.

before you dismiss PETA members as extreamists, imagine what animals go through - the emotional trauma alone drives many confined animals insane. even the bible says to take care of your animals before yourself.

i've heard on kr of people claiming to be peta members passing out crazy shit to kids, saying their parents are murderers for eating meat. now that is really wrong, imo! every organization has their nuts. at least their heart is in the right place. if it really did happen.

i think they have to be really over the top, even annoying, to get their point across and get attention. it was one of their posters that made me go vegan.

i give peta a lot of credit for going against the grain, knowing they will be ridiculed. the usual unhealthy school lunch menus are slowly being changed by concerned parents. they are considered sane, but when peta does it, some people insist on critisizing them.

they aren't perfect, but have accomplished a lot of good. having companies like kentucky fried chicken & mc donalds change their policies on how animals are treated is a huge accomplishment.
they've changed a lot in a relativly short time. like 20yrs.

'Pleather' is such an ugly word. Nobody can make pleather cool while it's called pleather.

It's just another excuse for her to be skinny and half-naked. Fuck OFF, Jenna.
