Please do not get me wrong I am a fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger...But he signed into law a ridiculous and retarded law.. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants every gun to micro stamp via laser the gun owner’s information to every bullet casing fired so the police can pick up bullet, read the owner address and go and arrest the gun owner.

That is ridiculous… What about the revolver? The revolver does not expel bullet casings… duh…. I am beginning to wonder if Arnold Schwarzenegger is competent to be Governor of the Great State of California?

If the cops/state/whomever have not only the right but the obligation to trace a vehicle, then um, deadly weapons is prolly a good damn idea!
