first of all, i was pm'd the number and alerted the other mods as soon as it happened. as for board rules, the number was put up on the board quite a while after this all happened by someone else, not me and was taken down right away too. in fact when i googled to see where the number originated i XXX'd out the numbers when i posted the results because i did not want them to be on the board. so since you don't know the full story, shut your cake hole.
