i have to agree. as much as i loved the spice girls in their day, VB's surgically modified face contains hints of cherub, english bulldog, and gorilla. her bodily proportions are impossible; she's like a caricature of a woman, something from a comic book. she dresses like shit and because she chose pornstar-size breast implants for her tiny frame, she always, always, always looks trashy.
on the other hand, these lists have to be taken with a grain of salt. many celebrities don't dress themselves, and so to be called "best-dressed" often says nothing about that person's style.
