Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus revealed to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show that she was grounded by her mother for wearing a revealing tank top after a Best Of Both World's concert. Miley, 14, put on a Juicy suit and a short tank top and her mother demanded she change it. Miley said:

" I was like, ‘Mom, that’s the way it’s supposed to fit, I don’t want to look like I’m in a muumuu.’ I said, ‘Fine, take my phone, who am I going to talk to anyway?'"

So Miley was locked in her room, not allowed to go to the after concert meet-and-greet and had her phone taken away.

I'd be more worried about her **** jumping out of her skirt than her tank top. I don't find that shirt revealing at all, whether she's 14 or not.

Why do people care so much about her? She's not that cute.
