I have a friend just like her, skin and bone but no muscles. She can't do anything without getting exhausted. I mean, I know this is Spice Girls and I don't know what kind of a stage show they do, but the gym is not probably a bad idea for Posh.
It's the stupidest thing to do trying to stay skinny by just not eating. SHe should've started working out a long time ago. |

It was around the time of her first pregnancy, she was a good weight and had a good haircut... it was like Natalie Imbruglia's (sp?) when it was short and choppy.
