Mine does that all the time, (esp. on PMS and during my period = 50% of the time erratic) doesnt mean Im Bi-polar, no wonder half the country is over-medicated.

i don't think it's bi-polar, i think she's manic depressive. there's definately a chemical imbalance there. i cannot believe someone can naturally be that fucked up. i just read the recent article about her i forget what mag, it's got spf and jjf on the cover w/ the head line "help us" and it shows a pic inside of spf in the pool sitting on the steps w/ arm flaots on and 3 adults, including brit w/ their backs turned. and in the article it says she looses her smokes and asks spf "baby where's mama's lollipops?" and he runs and gets them. now i know the "insider, close friend" junk is just that, but the picture irked me.

my hub's hick cousins he's disowned (no wonder) does that shit too. The baby is only two and already can put a cig in his mouth but struggles trying to figure out the lighter....his 21 year old moma just laughs and knows her baby is copying what he sees at home but doesnt worry cause.....he'll never figure out the lighter for another few years

The two disorders are one in the same. The term "manic depression"
was used a lot over the years. I guess now it's being called bipolar
because it sounds more "acceptable" for lack of a better term.

My sister suffers from bipolar and got to the point where she cannot
work because she cycles so frequently. She has gotten worse over the past 3 years. The depakote was a harsh medication and now she's on lamictal. Sorry for the rant- just wanted to clear this up.

not really the same. manic depressive is a kind of bi-polar. like there are two types of bipolar. manic depressive and manic something else. i know. my sister is that manic whatever else. she's not manic depressive. she was dianosed adhd at 4, now they say she's o.d.d, bi-polar. she has taken everything from ritalin wellbutrin ceraquil to now she takes lithium. i now all about it.
