She only puts up a fuss when she isnt making a profit from it. Otherwise, you ask her to milk anything Kurt or Nirvana related for more cash, and she's all up for it. God knows she doesnt make any money from her own career.

Why would you want to play with a Kurt Cobain action figure?
Most people dont. They are collectables that have a stand/prop. They stand on your shelf like those bobble head football characters.
There are ones of Slash, Metallica and AC/DC. There's no special reason why there shouldnt be one of Kurt.
I can't see the picture you posted. Does the AC/DC set come with Bon Scott? I think there's a difference between living people giving their consent as a marketing ploy and a woman giving consent on behalf of a dead man. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think Kurt would have agreed to this if he were still alive.
