i typically dont care much about makeups and breakups, but i really do feel bad for kate in this one. like, really bad. i dont know why though..

According to one of the British tabloids, Britney Spears has publicly stated she is sending Prince William an e-mail, on the level of a kindered spirit, when-love-goes -awry type stuff.
