i'm sorrry to all the britishes, but i don't know why you guys don't like her! this woman is golden.

she just seems to be a classic. i diggit. i thought i'd hate her since the spice girls were ax'd, but she's become my favorite. all her interviews either make me laugh or.. well, just laugh. more than she intends for me too. i find her flat-out hilarious. & she doesn't have a bad accent. like a lot of you guys do.
& i actually like the songs i've heard of hers.
but i don't like david beckham.
so britishes. my q to you. what are your thoughts on her? why you love her, why you hate her. coz you guys are xposed to her more than i am. census purposes.
a female english user on this board says shes the equivalent to a british j.lo. y or n?
It's unfair to say that I hate her, I hate the hype around her. She is treated like some big fashion icon, when really, in my opinion, she dresses SO boringly and I hate how thin she is, so I don't understand why people like her.

But I will admit, most of the paparazzi photos show her all tight lipped and anal but in person I bet she's far more smiley and girly and not half as bad. I think I hate the her over exposure, over hyped, over reported life more so than her as an actual person.
I think she's sweet, people are a bit envious of her obviously. And if I had to hear about her every day, I'd get bored too. But it's not like it's her choice that she is in the papers, on TV etc all the time.

but as for posh, i didn't know she was a big, big deal there. & i didn't know she had a fashion thing going on. well, i did coz she's posh spice & all but, again, i didn't know it was that big of a deal.
idk. she's been kind of a small obsession of mine recently. she just seems so down-to-earth & candid. not like how i would've imagined spice world posh spice.

and i love david too. why do ppl hate him!? he's so HARMLESS. and he seems like a really sweet, kind of gentle, man. sure he's dressed silly sometimes. photogs are all over him. whatever. to me, there isn't a shred of anything fake about him.
I don't like her or dislike her really. She concerns me with her thinness, and I'm sure she's done/said things that have pissed me off in the past, but yeah, when I see interviews with her, I feel quite positively about her.
This one that you posted was the first one that made me feel that way.

the beckhams are like fucking royalty here, the amount of media attention they get.
I haven't actually seen much of her other than the posed pictures for magazines and such, and from those she just seems cold and a bit like she doesn't have a soul or something. she never smiles. But she seemed kinda nice and smiley in that interview so I guess she's not really like how she appears in the pictures. But it really pisses me off that she's so fuckin skinny. How can she still have babies when she is that thin?
