That sounds stunning. What I love more than '70s colors are tacky late '60s decor. I want to live in a house that looks like it was left abandoned yet intact since 1968. I took a local history class in high school and one of my classmates shared photos of the house his family moved into - it was my late '60s dreamhouse, but then he pulled out the 'after' photos and it was all gone. They restored the house to its former, boring, historical 1800s self.

Oh my God. Fetishisation of old crustiness went out with the ark. Or with grunge. Or something. Leave the colour schemes of horror in place, for they are teh coolest.
