Old friends and lovers of the late Anna Nicole Smith continue to come out of the woodwork. Most of the people have come forward to let it be known that they may be the father of her daughter. The people coming forward has further slandered the image of Smith and made people believe she is a "floozy". It now appears that an other former lover of the late actress has decided to come forward. This time around it is not someone laying claim to the possibility they may the father. A female has decided to speak out.
Sandi Powledge is a former lesbrian parte of Anna Nicole Smith. The pair shared a three-year fling that ended abruptly. Smith decided to end the relationship right before she married oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall. The relationship was a hot and heavy one that began in 1991. Smith was partying at a gay bar and they started talking with each other. It was clear to Powledge that Smith had a severe drug problem back then. That is why it is not a surprise to her that all the recent drug abuse has come public.
Powledge spoke with TMZ.com about their relationship. They would constantly hang out and party together during the time they dates. "I'd say, 'Can't we just have a night without it?'" she says. "She'd say, 'Yeah.' But as the night wore on, I could always tell by her slur or the look on her face" that she had taken some sort of drug. Her drug abuse was prevalent back then and is now becoming more public. There are several videos circulating throughout the internet that show her drug fueled antics.
The Anna Nicole Smith drama has been a ride. Her family and former lovers are fighting over her body. There is heat on her former doctor for providing an illegal prescription of methadone. Howard K. Stern has been constantly accused of using her death to gain attention and money. Even her mother has been told that she only wants to make money off her daughter's death.
