Brit/Aussie actors that do best American Accents

Which actors (british or australian) do you think do the most convincing American accents? A lot of them are taking on American roles.

I'd say
Christian Bale
Toni Collette (she does the best one I think)
Naomi Watts
Kate Winslet
Bob Hoskins in Roger Rabit
Gary Oldman
Rachel Griffiths
Hugh Jackman
Tom Wilkinson
Hugh Laurie in House

Hugh Laurie definitely gets my vote. I thought he was joking the first time I heard him speak out of character.

im no expert, but it seems like overall, aussies have an easier time. i think there's something about the australian accent that's closer to american, verus british to american. welsh also seems a bit closer.
