Buddhists (all of the forms of Buddhism) disregard materialism. This is disgusting re-tread journalism with apparently the one journalist in the world who has not being subjected to her bull**** before.

And, back on the Buddhist tip: Psst, Queenie. Overly dramatic emotional outbursts pretty much put the cherry on top of the "not a Buddhist" sundae. Emotional detachment from conflict and strife is what Buddhists attempt to learn and practice.

Practice, in this case, is nowhere near perfect.

Agreed, all of this is true.

If people want to hear a musician who is a real Buddhist and also a real musician, go buy a Robert Görl album.

It appears that she never changes, only the "journalists" do. They always seem wide-eyed and shocked about her "intelligence", hyperactivity, and LACK of syringes and moldy tampons lying around...it gets em everytime!!

isn't that the kind of interview you do when you're promoting an album that's been released and you let the interviewer listen to it and review it? it's a bit strange. also:

I haven't finished reading this article yet but Courtney does sound a bit off her rocker.

I gotta say, reading what she said about talking to Pete Doherty once on the phone about rehab choices cus she's a "Good rehab guide" made me burn a little inside. Pete and Courtney are my two favourite musicians but Pete strikes me as genuine and down-to-earth and Courtney comes off as kinda obsessed with herself and her image.
I still adore Courtney but...well, if Pete Doherty went through rehab and ended up the way Courtney Love is now, I'd be horrified.
