Marilyn Monroe, because she was more tragic and actually had the type of life that Betty Page's S&M persona implied. Betty was all wholesome despite the photos, Marilyn was not.

I like Marilyn better, not really sure why but I never really got into Betty. She's pretty yes, but Marilyn just seems to have more.
