Los Angeles, CA (BANG) - Ever since becoming sober, Courtney Love admits reality has been bittersweet and she's had a hard time coming to terms with the ups and downs of it all.
The 42-year-old singer, the widow of Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain, admits she no longer has one-night stands and a slew of men chasing after her since she gave up on drugs and alcohol.
She said, "The only thing with sobriety is that promiscuity goes right out the window. It's easier to convince yourself that you are in love when you are high. I don't have a pool of men - it's more a Jacuzzi, or even a bucket."
Love - who has a 14-year-daughter, Frances Bean, from her relationship with Cobain - also confessed her love life is so depressing she is considering becoming a lesbian.
The singer, famed for her wild behavior, said, "I don't have a boyfriend. This is the longest time I've gone without one. I love to be in love. I wish I could hang with dykes, but I've got c**k written all over my brow. I've had so many obsessive relationships. Complete love crashes."
