i was clinging to the railing next to the catwalk.... so yes (real front row wasnt the best seat in the house... first of all, the main stage was REALLY high and second, she spent over half the show on the catwalk..... i could see the Chanel logo on the bottom of her shoes, thats how close i was).

oh, and that term was coined at the second show i attended. thats where it started.... some guy that won the MTV contest.
