| | | Translate to Latin? Is anyone here really good with Latin?
Is there anyone who would be willing to translate a few phrases for me in return for a pos rep?

| | i tried google but none of them are accurate.
All of you try and see if you come up with the same thing!!!
This is what I would like:
Come on, try a little. Nothing is forever. There has to be something better than in the middle.
It CAN be done.. but who can do it?

(i had quite a few problems with the last sentence... hope it's right!) | Can anyone confirm this?
If the last sentence doesn't work when it's worded like that, is there a way that it could be worded that's easier to translate and still mean the same thing ?

thanks in advance! | I am having the same problems with finding translators.
I would still like more opinions on that phrase from above and I would also like
"Always question" which I assume is something like semper interrogo but I don't know about the conjugation.

I think bikinikills's translation of the Wallflowers' lyric (right? lol ) was good. It's hard to get the exact thing in Latin...but you get a lot of leeway.
The last sentence ("necesse est aliquid melior quam in medium esse") is basically "it's necessary for something better than to be in the middle." It sounds kind of rough, but that's how a lot of Latin to English translations end up.
"Too much is not enough" would be (I think): "nimis non satis est."

Anyway, I had been taught in school that the Cockney accent was the last vestigal trace of Latin pronunciation from when the Romans inhabited Londinium. I don't know if that's true or not, but it makes for a nice story anyway.
