| | Thanks! And seeing as there is no bombardment of responses by anyone speaking Farsi, I think you're safe in posting. |

| | Man khubam, merci. chetori?
bebakhshi, raeeka. man peigham-e tow nadeedam.
wow, I never tried typing it phonetically.
because its easier to explain in english, my conjugation sucks. Anything i learned up until age 7 i'm fine with because i thought it in farsi. anything i learned later in life, i thought in english and learned the farsi translation. since basic vocab i thought in farsi, i never thought about conjugation, just naturally spoke the proper endings.
does that make sense?
i would love the practice |

That made perfect sense. I'm similar, kind of. I was fluent in both languages at a very young age - then my sister was born & didn't respond to both languages at once, so we cut back to English & my Farsi isn't as brilliant as it was, 'cause it's not intuitive anymore.
We can practice
To as coh-joh hastee? Man nazeekeh Landan (England) hastam, vely alan meeram beh doneshka too Warwick. Computer Science mekhoonam. Toh che car mecoonee?
Chand sal hastee? Dokh-taree ya peh-sarh? ( lol, I'll be impressed if you get all of that) |
