Please help me!

i bought this dress and i adore it but im having trouble trying to find shoes to go with it, i don't know what colour or style or anything!

this is the dress but not me, the only pics of it could find online

the dress is white and belt is actually black and a close up of the pattern on it

anyway, please help me find some nice shoes to go with it!

I think black shoes would go perfect with it. The detail on the dress is really cute and I don't think you should take from it by wearing "loud" or "busy" shoes.

So, I'd look for a nice pair of black pumps maybe or something with a moderate heel, as I said, nothing too much.

i was thinking i could get away with black shoes because of the ribbion but the whole "no black shoes with a white dress" was screaming in my head

i can't remeber where i heard it was just one of those "rules" y'know? if you wear all white and then black shoes you have the pig trotter effect! haha

Yes, I agree, those are perfect. They are really nice shoes anyway and I would tell you to buy them regardless of the dress.

i think you could wear any color shoe with that if you wanted to get funky. white would be really summery and more casual, and i think black would make it more dressy.

OOH! CUTE dress.....I'd say since the dress is delicate and simple, so should the shoes.

I'd go as far to say, even red shoes would work...or pink. If not, then I'd do a black pair, maybe something, not to high, no chunky heel...or hell, even a flat in the right style.

black peep toes would be cute, but a black round-toe t-strap mary-jane with a little stacked heel would look really good as well

Court shoes, peep toes, anything with a round toe...I think gold would look nice, but nothing too trashy.
