to answer debaser's question about why i would dress up for a concert two days before halloween: basically every party/concert/event that happens in la for the next month will all be costume oriented. it's more fun that way. it's like halloween month here. well actually it's like halloween here everyday for like 40 percent of the loons who live here. and to address the question as to why a grown adult would dress up: i'm only in my early twenties and i'm pretty sure everyone who likes to have fun dresses up for halloween regardless of age. and i don't want to dress like a goth at a sp concert that would be cliche obviously. i would want to be like a big faerie (even more so than in actual life) or something equally cutesie to throw off the old gothy fatties.
