I bought that skirt recently too. Very nice! Mine however got caught on god knows what so there's a little pull in the fabric.. but it's barely noticeable (thankfully).
Edit: I didn't notice you quoted me before
I couldn't find it in any stores either, I had to buy it online. I went to 4 different H&M stores, 3 in Copenhagen and 1 in Roskilde and none of them had it or anything even like it.
