boots like that aren't actually good for a cold winter...you will get frozen toes and a bruised ass

I am quite obsessed with good boots and winter coats, and classy warm clothing in general. Beautiful & functional clothes make me tingly inside.

I'm looking for some nice boots for winter too as being from 'fake' winter Sydney, the 'real' winter of Copenhagen is going to be hell. I've seen alot of nice boots lately as they're just coming into stores, I've got my eye on a pair of black, flat cossack style knee high boots with a fluffy lining.

Gah trying to find a nice picture of some cossack boots is a nightmare, this is the closest thing I could find to what I mean, they're just more of a round toe than these, and lined of course.

thus far only smitten kitten has shown actual winter boots. i wish i could afford a good pair. as it is, i just stay in all winter except when going to work or the store. what website did you use to find those, smitten?
