How dry is it?

I would suggest using something with a lot of lanolin in it - like a lotion.
If that doesn't work, there are lots of things you could try.

If you're using facial cleansing stuff (ie - astringent, etc.) stop using that for a little while and clean your face well with water only. Things like astringents (or things that contain things like salicylic acid) can severely dry your face/body out.
