well i think the thread starter said in one of the many other threads they started that they are from houston. so she's probably just making assumptions based on this one model's poor clothing choices. (a model who i think is totally fug btw and looks like haley joel osment...heather marks and jessica stam are way more pleasant to look at.)

I know the androgyny thing is huge in modeling, and some models can look androgynous while still looking very attractive, but I just cannot find Agyness pretty. Without much makeup she looks like a chubby faced schoolboy, and with heavier makeup she looks like a flaming tranny.

And she dresses like a fucking idiot.

She does have good hair though.

I'm just not really into Agynes but I don't hate her or anything. She just doesn't have the look I like that's all.

I know I said that I wouldn't be posting on this thread again, but I thought I'd apologize for tagging that as 'British' street fashion. I was basically just trying to convey the concept, bizarre as it may be, of 'street style'. Many celebs and models have adopted this 'hobo chic' style that is very baffling. It usually consists of 'outfits' that look like they could be dug out of a dumpster, but in fact [shoot me for my punctuation, I blame the wine], these 'outfits cost more than 3 months rent of us commoners.

It's not just Agy, blame MK Olsen and Sienna Miller for this lovely spectacle of fashion.

As for why anyone cares: a thread about her was made on a discussion board where, shock, people actually discuss things. Basically, what you're saying is if someone doesn't have a positive opinion about something, their opinion is not worth expressing? What's the point of a discussion then?

In any case, I don't hate her. She does what she does and makes a lot of money out of it, and that's for a reason (I'll get to that later). However, I won't be sold a product purely because her face appears alongside it, but it seems a lot of people will.

Well, it's not determined by you any more than it is determined by me or anyone else, be they disgruntled/snarky or not. Beauty/style is subjective, and that's why I think she is ugly and dresses like a moron, while you seem to think she's stylish and stunning.

Except the way you rattle on about her being the fucking superwoman of the model world (she's so chilled-out!! she's so rebellious!! *swoon*) shows that you've been sucked into this embarrassing cult of obsession with her. And it's likely the only reason she gets as much work as she does is b/c she has become an almost-touchable aspirational symbol to you and all the others who love her who basically don't have that much of a clue about fashion (British fucking street style? lofl.) but wish that they did.

As for that symmetrical thing... it's not a feminine thing, it's a general "beauty" thing. In studies they found that people rated (male and female) faces with greater symmetry as more attractive.

More attractive female faces are meant to have large, wide-space eyes, small nose, and small "rosebud" mouths. Apparently....
