Mostly people wear them cause they're ooh so alternative. Some wear them to show they support the palestines(so they say, but whats the reason? they just won't admit they just think it's a cool accessory). I once was told most palestines for some rasons doesnt like people wearing them, but I don't know really.

not to keen on the whole concept to be honest. they're a bit dowdy as a pure fashion thing.
