Maxi Dresses

Anyone? I would like one but I can't find any I like. Any ideas on where to get a nice one that isn't a stupid price? Warehouse had a nice black strapless one but it was about 65 pounds and pretty plain.

I've seen a lot of knee-length sundresses in department store juniors sections. Maybe that's not as long as you'd like, but they're all under $50 here in the States.

Great idea about the junior dept.- less expensive & cuter styles.

idk where you live, but the thrift shops in L.A., like Out of the Closet, have such cute stuff, and some things were never worn. You may not find anything the first time, but you may find a real treasure. Like a one of a kind outfit that has your name all over it (figurativly speaking).

I live at the Jrs dept sale rack. I like to dress a little beachy so I love sundresses. Plus every now and then you find a great "party" dress that doubles as a funky night-out dress.

The original poster seems like she's in the UK, but maybe she could try macys.com? Isn't $50 US around 25 pounds? Even with shipping it might still be worth it if she can sort out the sizings.
