| | | Permanent Hair Dye So, my boyfriend wants to dye his hair LIGHT blue for 2 months or so, and then go black, or atleast that's the plan for now, but we both don't know much about good companies....

Also, if you really want the color to take, you HAVE to remove the pigment from his hair, meaning BLEACH his real color out and deposit the new color in, otherwise the blue will not take. |

All rainbow hair dyes fade like crazy, that's why you have to wash your hair as little as possible (like twice a week) and use a really good color safe shampoo.
