I have an old Nova issue with a special on Ganguro girls. I used to love it round about the time I was parading as a kinderwhore

There's a great book on it that they sell at Tate and the V&A etc. I've never bought it but I always pick it up and flip through. There was a ganguro girl at my uni, she was fucking adorable, big headphones, dark skin, bright hair and she was always bobbing along to her music. She was a bit of a tourist attraction though. It was hard not to watch her.
