ive been wanting a polka dot top or a dress for ages. i have one but its too big for me now - its extremely cute baby blue dress with white dots. which reminds me im going to sell it and see what happens.

so ive been ebaying and my friend has been saying that polka dots are in. and i notice that good polka dot items are being bid on like crazy. like im not paying $70 for a normal cotton dress thanks. and some of the seller comments go along the line of 'polka dots are in this season'

any thoughts?

you can find stuff with polka dots almost everywhere, don't spend that much money

I'd put the one that's too big on ebay, you should make plenty!

Polka dots are massive in the Uk atleast at the moment. I'd been looking for them for yonks and was so happy when i found a top and then the next week they were everywhere!!

everything is polka dotted, possibly due to the fact that kate moss was seen wearing a red polka dot sundress.

its good though, i have wanted a black polka dot pencil skirt for ages, then one came out in oasis for €70, then a copycat came out in primark/pennys for €15. so yay, ill still wear it when this polka dot thing is over

Yeah, they are...and at first it was super cute. Now it's a little ridiculous. Hard to get something without polka dots. You wouldn't have a problem finding a polka dot dress (in the UK, at least).

last year i got a beautiful pink babydoll dress with black polka dots, i'd never seen anything like it and it was only £30 from some secondhand shop in camden.
i wore it to my prom and look totally different to everyone else.

now i cant find a dress without polka dots on it, they're everywhere.

it's good. really. polka dot stuff on the cheap. and like bunnyclaw, i'll be wearing this stuff when it's no longer in vogue.

I like the polka dot thing but its too over the top in my opinion. Theres polka dots EVERYWHERE I go...although I did end up buying a pretty grey and yellow spotty top today from debenhams haha.

I've always loved polka dots but now it seems that ever single piece of clothing in most high street mainstream shops has polka dots on it...but like other people have said, it means you get cheap polka dotted things and you can still wear them after the craze has moved onto whatever else...

I saw this girl today though who was just a polka dot overload! she was wearing a red t-shirt, with small white polka dots on it with a black rahrah skirt with white polka dots and then red ballet flats with huge white polka dots on them....looking at her made me dizzy!

they are so crazy in melbs. they're in every shop & everytime i go out i see 8583 girls in the same polka dresses & tops of supre.
