don't wear the polka dotted one, it's not flattering on you and it's not that nice. the heart one fits you good. I'm 32a so i usually wear no bras thight shirts and lately low cut, it actually is a good look for us on the flat chested side. I mean look at kate hudson, she wears extra low cut and makes it classy.

Your collar bones only look like that because you're pushing your arms out to take the photo and the rest of your body is leaned back. Your chest bones aren't showing, you're fine.

and the heart shirt looks fine. but then, I hate polka dots.

i'm not a fan of deep v cleavage personally only on the top. empire tops and dresses are good for a number of things. hidding a wide waist, fat gut and framing a small chest. its very flattering.
