No, lol. It's a little more complicated than that. But if you don't want the confusion,wear an ahnk or something - similar looking, pretty, more unique.... I went through a huge ahnk phase.
what about all the goffs that wear them star things. same necklace, different feature. i think you should know something about it so you aren't just wearing it as a 'trend' or part of your 'fad uniform'.
