it depends on the cut and the length but as a general guide, i would say if you have long legs, your chances of pulling them off nicely is better than if you have short legs like me. short legs and heavy is least likely to suit cropped pants. imo. but i'm sure it can be done.

sometimes they look okay,
it really depends on the cut and fit and all that good stuff

i think though if you wear heals with them, not flats, sandals, sneakers, then your legs will look better and you can pull the pants off

ive got short legs, but i still wear cropped pants because who wants to wear jeans durring the summer all the time?
and i deffff. dont have the legs for shorts, and i feel skanky wearing them haha
