| | | people borrowing clothes i really have to stop lending people things.
i hate when people borrow my clothes and they look better on them, so theres no point asking for it back because you'll just look crap compared to them.
i lent my sister a new black dress I hadn't even had the chance to wear yet because she had nothing to wear to her christmas party.
She looked so much better in it than i could & i'm pissed off.
suppose, its not as bad as when you give people clothes and they never give them back.
i lent my friend clothes for her hoildays in june and i still havn't got them back. |

| | never again. i let my rather ehm, well fed (now ex) friend borrow a beautifully embroidered vest top once. i knew she wasn't going to fit into it (i was a 10 at the time) but i didn't want to say 'no you can't have it because you're a fatty and you'll stretch and/or rip it'. so i let her borrow it and all of the embroidery split
sometimes i make my friends with really bad style borrow my clothes. i'm like LOOK, you can be beautiful!!
oh i'm mother theresa in the making. |

| | thats another thing, when you give someone a lend of clothes and the clothes are nicely washed and ironed, BUT when you get them back they didnt bother to wash them
thats gross, esp if they wore them on a night out & they smoke |

| | | i'll only lend my sister my clothes, we wear each others when we visit, it's fun to have another wardrobe to rummage through. we're the same size and totally respect each others clothes. |

| | my cousin/roommate and i always share clothes.
a couple of times she has said i look better in something of hers, but instead of getting mad she'll just say whatever, you keep it. she's generous like that.
but normally i don't like to let other people borrow my clothes. at least if its her, i know where it is if i ever want to get it back. |

| | My mother is borrowing my Halloween costume for her work, she has to dress up for Christmas.
My halloween costume was Alice in Wonderland and it is so lovely and so mine and I just get a bit sad seeing a 46 year old woman dressed as my childhood hero |

| | | I hate letting anyone borrow my stuff, and usually I say no. I take care of my clothes and most of the people that want to borrow them don't take care of theirs. I left a shirt at a friend's house once by accident, she obviously wore it and there are two big stains on it now. |

| | i hardly ever lend my clothes out. my sister has developed a habit of not taking no for an answer though and taking the clothes when i'm not home. now THAT is annoying because i can never find them and when i finally do, they're all mishapen and don't fit properly anymore. it's so frustrating. |
