im just excited to go out and look at all the new merchandise and special shit they roll out ofr xmas. i dotn ahve any particular place in mind. it gets me intot he xmas spirit. i'll buy one ting here or there, but i'm not dead set on any stores specifically.

and yeah, it's pretty much every store in the us, esp. the big chains, best buy has cd's for 3-6 dollars.

last year i went to delias and i ended up getting like 400 dollars worth of clothes for about 90 dollars.

the sales in some stores end after 12 pm. and others are all day long.

it's fun, kinda hetic though. in big cites ive heard its a mad house.
some best buys give away laptops if you're one of the first hundered or so

this year im going to best buy, target, books a million to pick up Cloves book on sale, 2 malls, home depot for my dad, and whatever else i can.

I work at Target. Don't be mean to any of the cashiers. We don't know anything about anything lol

I'm just really happy that this year I don't have to get up early. I go to work at 3:00pm but I have to close and I'll probably be there until 4:00 or 5:00am cleaning up the store.

at best buy today.. all i can say is, ive never been in such a crowded place in my life

so i woke up at 4 30, best buy opened at 5, i got there around 5:30ish, there was a line outside of the building.

30 minutes later, i get in.
the line is SO LONG my mom just goes and gets in line while i shop.
an hour later still in line
around 8ish we get out of there

they had crappy dvds for 3 bucks, cds for 4-8
they gave away free laptops to the first few people

people were leaving best buy with like 4 carts full of boxes, they camped out the night before
...

literally everyone in town was there

all the sale items imo were pretty much not worth the price, like i know how super cheap it was, so i understand if you dont have allot of cash then you'd totaly jump on it.
but i dunno, i guess im now into the deals they had

i just ended up getting a ton of cds and ali g on dvd

they already had the line roped out, so as you were in line there were boxes of crap to look thru

i went to 2 other malls and it wasnt that bad. i just ended up at the lame mall WAY TOO LONG

but it was fun hanging out with just my mom.

it seems to vary each year & of course what you're looking for. last year they didn't have shit & a lot of stores played games with coupons.

here it was the worst at circuit city
but from what i hear the line at best buy got pretty big around 3:45

guess was having an addtl 60% off sale, i went with tangerine (also in this thread), we scored a load of shit like watches for 25$, sweaters for 12$, jewelry for 7..

the gap was a madhouse, jeans for 10$, sweaters for 20$

b&bw got myself some shit for free with a coupon- a 12$ body wash when i only spent 16$? pretty damn good if you ask me...

the new mac collection is out, really nice, only got one thing though.
