| | How the hell do I buy jeans? Being rather old school I've had the same favourite pair of jeans for 9 years. Ha.
But they are currently dying a painful death, which no sewing machine could save.
So I need new ones. But I have no idea what kind to buy or where to buy from.
My current ones are nicely comfy, one size to big for me, and they are flared (not uber bell bottom style, but slightly more than bootleg style) at the bottom. I can't see anything like that around anymore.
I don't do tight/skinny jeans cos I like to wear them a lot and be comfy. I always cut the waistband off to make them lower. I like baggy jeans but don't want to look like a boy. WTF can I get?
I think I'm a lost cause. I may have to succumb to fashion. |

| | | um, go to the store and try on different kinds of jeans.
you can buy jeans almost anywhere that sells clothes.
bootleg jeans are still around, you just have to really look.
you could always try buying the same pair of jeans or look at the same brand via the internet. |

| | | There is a shop called Cult in Belfast, and it's in other places in the UK (not sure where) and they sell 'Road' jeans, they are the most comfy things ever and they are like boys jeans, all baggy and nice. |

| | | I'd recommend going to a Levi shop unless you have actual flesh on your bones - everything vaguely near my size had a massive high waist, that seriously must have measured a 38". |

| | | I think Gap has some boyfriend fit jeans that are baggier, and American Eagle. Everywhere that sells jeans has bootcut and if you just want them bigger, get them a size bigger. There are also plenty of super low rise bootcuts so you shouldn't have to cut the waistbands off of them. |

| | | The Top Shop Boyfit jeans are really comfortable and good sizes. I find that if you're a bit too small for their jeans, then buy them from the tall section, you can always wear them as turn ups or take them up yourself, and you get a more generous fit. |
